This is Maverick our new Tennessee Walking Horse. He is 10 years old, 16 hands and we have had him for a couple of weeks. Big Red the Saddle Bred became lame with Chronic Arthritis and has been retired. Maverick is about the most affectionate horse I have ever met. He is a smooth ride although nothing can match Red the Cadillac! Maverick has bonded with the herd and has taken up the new guy spot. I will take more shots of Mav as we go.
